Cleaning of commercial properties:
Basic clean:
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing of offices, kitchens, toilets, stairwells – window washing up to levels that are safe to use ladders.
- Cleaning of general areas of apartment buildings/block of flats.
- Use of steamer where required.
Domestic
Cleaning of private domestic premises:
Basic clean:
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and windows.
Spring clean:
- A deeper cleansing of properties that include moving furniture to reach difficult to reach areas.
- Clear out of fridge, freezer and oven.
- Clearing out and organising of cupboards.
- Removing built up lime scale.
- Removing and washing covers from furniture such as couches, mattresses – using a steamer where required.
Terrain/External
Cleaning of external areas of commercial and domestic properties:
Terrain Cleaning:
- Sweeping, pressure hosing of hard surfaces, picking up refuse and rubble, shrubs, use of leave blower for large areas
Events
- All purpose cleaning during all stages of an event; pre-event, during an event and after an event.
Carpets
- Thorough clean of carpets and rugs – quick drying: vacuum, wash, shampoo, dry.
Blinds
- Thorough clean / wash of venetian and vertical blinds
- Removal of blinds where necessary and cleaning off-site where necessary
Curtains
- Removal and off-site cleaning of curtains
- Ironing of curtains after cleaning
Upholstery
- Quick drying: Vacuum, wash, shampoo and drying of upholstery
- Steam cleaning where required
